Mather Hospital Winter Blood Drive

John T. Mather Memorial Hospital will hold its Winter Blood Drive on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 6:30 am until 6:30 pm in Conference Rooms 3, 4, and 5.  The blood drive is open to all community residents.

The New York Blood Center has issued a blood supply emergency caused by this winter’s severe weather. Blood and platelets are needed. The New York Blood Center supplies blood, transfusion products and services to hospitals serving more than 20 million people in New York City, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, New Jersey and parts of Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

No appointment is necessary to donate blood. Free valet parking is available for community donors at the main hospital entrance. All donors will receive a free gift bag.
