Dawn Price of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Setauket Office Earns National Designation
Janet Smiley, branch vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Setauket Office, is pleased to announce that Mount Sinai resident Dawn Price has achieved the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation from the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Price provides residential real estate services in Setauket and surrounding communities.
The SRES® designation allows agents to assist seniors with housing sales and purchases; provide a network of resources and also to navigate the waters of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany the sale of the home. Price joins more than 16,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.

SRES® Council, founded in 2007, is the world's largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing senior clients in real estate transactions. There are more than 16,000 active members of the organization world-wide.

Price is a member of the Long Island Board of REALTORS® and New York State Association of REALTORS®. She also holds the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®) designation. Price currently resides in Mount Sinai with her husband and two children.
