Congratulations to Emma Clark's 2013 Battle of the Books team, The Vending Machine Magicians, for coming in FIRST place in Session 1 of the regional competition at Stony Brook University on Saturday!
The team also won the team spirit award for the session.
5 assistant coaches (high school and college students, all former summer battle players) came to the competition to support the team, as well as helped out with the program all summer. We are incredibly grateful for their help.
