A Day at the Farm - Fun for the whole family on the library lawn!

Thursday, July 11 from 10:00 - 12:00 at Emma Clark Library.
Enjoy a hands-on interaction with some of our favorite farm animals brought to us by the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County Farm. We'll have goats or sheep, piglets, chickens, ducks, and rabbits. We'll also have a "Truck Farm" to explore brought to us by Students Taking Tomorrow's Environment (STATE). This group of interns associated with Avalon Park and Preserve will show us how to garden responsibly. Children will go home with planted seeds to get started.
To register, visit www.emmaclark.org or call 631-941-4080. This program is best suited for age 3 and up.
