Scenescapes: Scenes from the Wet Paint Festival
Patch caught some en plein air artists as they participated in the festival Friday.
Each year, Gallery North's brings together local artists for a celebration of en plein air painting – or "in the outdoors" painting at a variety of scenic places around town.
This year's artists will paint between Friday, July 8 and Sunday, July 10, and a silent auction will follow. The festival ends in a reception on Thursday at 6 p.m. at .
On Friday, Patch caught some of the painters on film for our new series, "Scenescapes." You can submit your own video from life around town by emailing christines@patch.com.
