Question of the Day: Where Were You During the O.J. Car Chase?
On June 17, 1994, the world watched as a former football star fled from Los Angeles police.
Seventeen years ago today, O.J. Simpson and Al Cowlings led a low-speed car chase on the freeways of Los Angeles in a white 1993 Ford Bronco. The pursuit came just days after Simpson's wife, Nicole Brown, and her friend, Ronald Goldman, were found dead outside Brown's condominium.
A reported 95 million people tuned into the chase, during which Simpson allegedly held a gun to the head of his former high school football teammate. Many months later, Simpson was acquitted of both murder charges; the verdict was watched more than half of America.
It's one of those unforgettable moments in American history, and many remember exactly where they were when the chase happened. Where were you? Let us know in the comment section below.
