Crime Report: Woman Used Stolen State Benefit Card
The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Christina Pashinsky, 21, of East Setauket was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. According to police, she allegedly used a stolen New York State Benefit Card at Stop & Shop on Pond Path in Setauket.
Steven Doyle, 22, of Nesconset, was arrested Feb. 13 at his home and charged with six offenses: two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument, two counts of petty larceny, one count of second-degree forgery, and one county of third-degree identity theft. According to police reports, Doyle allegedly used forged checks at Waldbaum's in Hauppauge and Pathmark in Centereach, opened a Walmart credit card in someone else's name and used it at Walmart in East Setauket, and attempted to open a Kohl's credit card in someone else's name.
Reesenolan O'Hanlon, 26, of Setauket, was arrested Feb. 14 at 3:13 a.m. in Smithtown and charged with first-offense DWI. He was arrested at a traffic stop on Route 25 west of Old Willets Path.
Alexis Goldstein, 19, of East Setauket, was arrested Feb. 15 at 4:41 a.m. in Smithtown and charged with first-offense DWI. She was arrested at a traffic stop at Route 25 and Old Willets Path.
